Products
Most of the products I sell on the website are all in digital format. Once you have gone through the checkout process you will be able to download the product(s).
You will also receive an email to confirm your purchase. Most files will come in a ZIP file to make it quicker to download.
Download Limits
Each digital product can be downloaded a maximum of 4 times. Once you download the product please keep it safe and back it up. If you have any queries, please contact me via my contact page on the website.
Usage
Only you (the buyer) has the right to use the product(s) you purchase. You must not share, upload, trade, sell or distribute the product(s) online.
Refunds Downloadable Products
Due to these products being intangible goods I cannot offer any refunds once a product has been downloaded. You can cancel your order any time before the payment has been processed.
I work hard to check all products before listing on the website. If there is an issue, please contact me and I'll try my best to resolve the issue.
Before making a purchase, ensure that the product will work with your DAW / operating system / software.
I reserve the right to refuse refund requests for any products downloaded.
If you have not downloaded the product I will be happy to offer a refund.
Refunds for 1-2-1 Music Lessons
I am happy to refund a payment if you cancel at least 48 hours before the lesson. After this time I will not offer a refund. I will be happy to rearrange your lesson to another time/day if you let me know before the lesson is due to take place.
Payment Processing & Data
I do not store or handle your payment details. All payments on my site are processed by Shopify, Stripe & PayPal. All payments are fully secure using up-to-date security processes.
